I worked as a full-time outbound team member in the Fulfillment Center. I was trained in rebin and rebin specials, which involved moving items from one cart to another in preparation for shipment. I was expected to maintain excellent quality to ensure the correct products were shipped to the guest. I was also expected to pay close attention to the shipment priority of each order to ensure the guest received their order on time. Rebin specials involved the preparation of certain items that were priority shipments, gifts, or hazardous materials. I was also trained in packing, where I was expected to package each order in the correct shipping container and place it on the conveyor to be shipped directly to the guest.

I worked as a full-time warehousing team member in the Regional Distribution Center. I operated multiple pieces of equipment: order picker, tugger, and reach truck. I was expected to safely lift merchandise weighing up to 50-75 pounds. I was also a member of the Inventory Management Team, verifying quality of the inventory in the building. I worked as a youth mentor in a family’s personal home providing care to their disabled child. I was expected to keep the child entertained, take him on outings that he enjoyed, bathe and change his clothing, as well as provide extra supervision during family outings.
