- Compile the market information, undertake credit and financial analysis of loan applicants. - Understand SME operations flow of the business, review the payment trend, analyze business performance of loan applicant based on the annual report and financial account. - Calculate the financial commitment and credit exposure of loan applicant. - Liaise and interact with marketing staff to obtain/interpret financial data and information of loan applicants. - Prepare the reports for credit committee with comments/recommendation for loan approval.

- Conduct risk based audit on credit, compliance & operations. - Interact and communicate with all level of management team from group company or branches, to understand the operation and internal control systems and prepare appropriate scope of audit. - Prepare adequate working papers as required by the planned audit. - Identify, assess and evaluate risk area, make appropriate recommendations noted from audited finding to improve internal controls and conduct follow-up agreed action plans. - Provide evidential support for all audited findings and recommendations. - Assist in preparation of the planning memo, preliminary draft and final audit report. - Perform periodic review and testing related to Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirement. - Other ad-hoc assignments given by the superior and management furnished from time-to-time. - Keep up-to-date with any changes of company's policies. - Attend training sessions to improve audit/management skills/knowledge and conduct the presentation to departmental staffs for sharing the knowledge gained from external training courses.
