As a Program Manager I was responsible for developing and executing integrated and strategic influencer marketing campaigns for various clients. During this internship I coordinated decorations and final purchases for event. This internship incorporated my creative, multitasking, and time management skills.

My responsibilities were as follows: updating the current BBU homepage, create a new BBU show to be played before class sessions and at other internal events, research unique collateral and new marketing strategies for classes, update materials with the new BBU logo. This internship allowed me to explore my creative side in a corporate setting. It also taught me how to manage multiple, ongoing projects.

In production I trafficked various projects throughout the agency for approval and edits. In account services I was responsible for proofing print ads before client approval, creating change orders based on client request, and market research for mobile coupon applications. During my time at Creative Alliance I was able to participate in an all-agency campaign called Cre8 Hope. This introduced me to people across the agency in different departments as well as give me the opportunity to work in a group setting collaborating and creating marketing strategies for a particular initiative.

Manage the calendar of the CFO of the company: making, creating, and managing appointments with donors, volunteers, board members, etc. Making copies, answering phone calls, ordering supplies, and other typical office management tasks. This position was interim till the office manager returned from maternity leave. I was honored to develop such a good relationship with them during my internship to be asked to be her temporary fill in.
