• Lead a team of project engineers and specialists, overseeing their work on multiple projects and ensuring alignment with company objectives.• Direct and manage project-specific budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and adherence to cost targets throughout the project lifecycle.• Establish and enforce project management policies and procedures, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across all projects.• Conduct regular performance reviews for direct reports, identifying areas for development and providing guidance to enhance team performance.• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and AS 9100 standards, leading process audits and addressing any quality-related issues in collaboration with team members.

In addition to the roles and responsibilities specified in the New Product Project Manager position below;• Prepare annual- and 5-years investment budget• Create short-, medium- and long-term machine and equipment investment plans by following the technological developments in the forging and machining sectors.• Review and approve specifications and acceptance criteria for machines/equipment to be invested.• Perform technical evaluations of the supplier quotes.• Contribute to the design of non-standard machinery and equipment.• Contribute to machine automation-, material transportation-, stock- and storage projects.• Attend pre- & final acceptances as needed.• Follow up the steps of investment projects until final acceptances are done.• Contribute to production quality, speed, and engineering studies.

• Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of new product projects in line with company and customer needs, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders• Delegate Project Leaders to new or existing projects. • Review and approve project specific budgets.• Sign-off on customer specific phase reviews, if applicable. • Continuously monitor the status of on-going projects to ensure they are executed on time, within budget and according to criteria specifications. Will initiate corrective actions for any project development related issues. Report out issues during regular review meetings with upper management.• Annual project-based budgeting and reporting of new project investments. Follow-up of investment costs, engineering development costs and part unit costs• Establish policies, procedures, and work instructions for the project team, leadership/participate in process studies. • Review and update Job Instructions if needed during internal audits. • Train and assist department personnel in the development of continuous improvement.• Conduct employee performance reviews at company specified intervals (minimum annually).• Analyze the information gathered from employee performance reviews and address any training requirements to HR for further implementation. • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment that is fast paced and technically demanding. • Ensure that general and departmental procedures are executed correctly and regularly. • Engage and assist with any internal or external quality related issues.• Work in compliance and conform to IATF16949 and ISO14001 and ensure department personnel comply with these standards. • Ensure that all personnel are working in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. • Perform and/or assist with process audits as scheduled if needed.• Perform other duties as required.

• Champion the quoting process for prototype and production quotes & timing. • Develop and maintain program budgets (costing).• Collects /reviews and understands program information from customers and MSM.• Responsible for developing and maintaining a program time line.• Champion of ‘design for manufacturing’ & Provides on going design input for conducting manufacturing feasibility and Customer requirements.• Manages and follows up on all new program testing (internal & external)• Coordinates purchased components kick off and approval • Oversee kick off and approval of new/modified tooling / gauges check fixtures. (Must be present for all die trials.)• Must participate in the specification, sourcing and negotiations of assembly and tooling contracts for program along with Process Engineering• Coordinate the approval of tooling/line equipment for payment. (Must be present for Assembly equipment in house trials.)• Arrange & authorize packaging development with packaging and process engineering.• Conducts program milestone reviews, tracks open issues and reports the status along with corrective actions to the GM and VP on a monthly basis.• Interface with Quality Department and oversees the preparation of PPAP documentation and review submissions• Initiates and coordinates all new program release and engineering changes per the production ECN system. • Involved in DFMEA, PMFEA, DVP&R, FEA, Product drawings, Identification of key characteristics, control plan and design review processes. • Track and control development costs (FSS)• Track and control product costs.• Responsible for all deliverables. Track status of “Program Deliverables” and reconcile with cost during the life of the Program.• Adopt, practice, support and encourage KAIZEN and GEAR activities.• Conform to TS16949 and ISO14001 standards.

• Responsible for assisting the customer in all aspects of program management for specific program including prototypes, engineering changes, pre-production samples and production startup etc.• Champion the quoting process for prototype and production quotes & timing. • Manage RFQ kick off meeting & assign tasks to relevant team members for all global programs.• Follow-up with relevant divisions / team members to receive inputs (including Q2A / Q2C). • Manage OIL till program transfer to division; raise flag for items with “Red” & “Yellow” status• Provide information for input into the preliminary bill of materials.• Coordinates purchased components kick off and approval.• Work with division(s) to understand process (assembly line); prepare summary and review details with Program Manager/Global Director.• Assist in providing technical and administrative support to the customer during all phases of the assigned programs.• Manages and follows up on all new program testing (internal & external)• Prepare & track global TGR/TGW activities. Arrange periodic review meeting with global team.• Work with compliance with TS16949 and ISO 14001 standards.• Adopt and practice Kaizen Principles and Concepts. • Perform other duties as required

• Responsible for Continuous Casting Machine and semi-finished products which are prepared for various industries.• Execution of optimization and rationalization projects to improve production methods and processes ensuring maximum feasibility against lowest costs.• Planning optimum production and maintenance program by organizing meltshop machines, equipment, and manpower.• Monitor and evaluate together with Process & Quality Departments findings during sampling process and decide together about eventual necessary actions.• Handle technical meetings and reviews with international steel technology and equipment supplier in the new ongoing CCM building project.• Elaborate simple, clear and conclusive technical reports.• In the case of ongoing project, technical interaction with suppliers in order to build the most appropriate solution.
