Oversee all content provided by SearchCore for their users, including UI and UX design, social media, blogs, video and industry news. All of SearchCore products are in startup phases which means budgets are very tight and employees are expected to take on multiple roles.● Oversee and manage the UI/UX designers and assure that the wireframes and designs meet the set requirements such as SEO, Revenue channels, and user engagement properties. I then add the technical specifications needed for the developers to put these into action and provide upper management with reports on milestone completion dates.● Manage Written Content Creators and Implement SEO and content strategies that can be used as a guide for success while giving them the tools to monitor, track, and measure progress.● Manage All Video Content Creation and ensure goals are met.● Designed and Implemented management tools to create a scalable automated working environment for easy accountability and communication.Projects included: Tattoo.com and ManufacturedHomes.com

One Stop Agent was founded as a division of HD Premier to address the specific void in Real Estate marketing for real estate agents. By branding a new company I was able to create a service that spoke directly to agents that would increase their leads through inbound marketing at an affordable cost. To meet the low budget price point our development and customer relations framework had to be extensively automated and effective. By doing this we were able to the clients cost requirements and provide a successful lead generation and marketing plan for agents.● In order to complete this goal, I researched and implemented a business operations structure that included a CRM, project management, social media manager, and website development platform.● Managed AWS services including EC2, S3, and Cloudfront according to best practices.● Created a production process to provide video and photography services at scale while meeting a low budget price point.

HD Premier was founded to fill the needs of todays online HD video marketing demands and quickly adopted full website development, design, and advertising services. I filled each clients unique set of marketing requirements that pertain to their industry and target customer demographic.Web Development● Worked on developing custom websites that were designed for SEO and made available for non-technical admin to maintain. Each website was built on an open source CMS such as Wordpress or Magento to provide scalable product that the client would build upon continuously.● Used Rightscale to manage high availability deployments used for hosting clients sites. I am well versed in using Amazon EC2 and S3 as well as Rackspace Cloud for these purposes. By integrating the CMS and CDN with the LAMP stack i was able to improve cost efficiency. Marketing● To complement the web and video services I created for clients I also implemented media buying campaigns to targeted demographics that captured leads through effective landing pages. I coordinated with the graphic illustrator to create marketing material for digital and print campaigns. I branded social media accounts and collaborated with clients to grow their social media fan base.● Sourced and managed content writers to provide clients with a consistent flow of relative SEO content on each site.Video Production● Co-produced RE/MAX Fine Homes tv show that aired on KDOC TV that was used a sales and marketing tool for buyers and sellers in the luxury housing market. ● Was not only in the field filming and directing but also designed full graphics packages that represented the brand “RE/MAX Fine Homes”. ● The production involved with this project required a lot of planning and content strategy as well as relationship management with the client in order to provide a consist show each week for four years straight. During this time viewership of the TV show was increased by 1000%.
