Coordinate all aspects of the 2016 Fashions For Kids' Sake fashion show and high school mentoring program. Sell the University to prospective students and their families in an attempt to influence their college decision. Manage event day tour routes, guides, and crisis situations. Created a "strike system" as a form of disciplinary policy for the entire student recruitment team. Manage data reflecting the number of tours and the evaluation of tour guides.

Mentor first year college students through their initial transition from high school to college. Co-plan a weekly First Year Seminar class with faculty member where students learn college readiness skills. Manage a list of at risk students and help those students find the resources they need.

Planned different college orientation programs which focused on academic life, social life, risk aversion techniques, and the traditions and history of Carlow University. Maintained a New Student Orientation FaceBook page which facilitated questions and conversation about college as well as provide answers on confusion. Co-created an online pre-orientation course focusing on traditions of the university, financial literacy, career development, risk assessments, and a common reader for incoming first year students. Maintained a budget for nontraditional orientation programs, traditional orientation programs, commuter events, and training facilitations for First Year Mentors and Resident Assistants.
