My primary focus is to lead comminution projects that ensure mill circuit optimization, in collaboration with our customers. Also, to develop metallurgical and cost effective solutions on the comminution process that enhances continuous improvement.

Offering Plant Metallurgical services to the Production team - Gold Refining Miller process, Gold and Silver electrolysis circuits and the precious metals Dissolution processes. Responsible for metal accounting, process optimization, cost reduction projects and continuous improvement.

Employed as the Production metallurgist, responsible for managing a production team on the comminution circuit, froth floatation circuit, dewatering techniques and magnetic separation. Ensure that the planned Production targets are met, plant is operated efficiently and that the final product is as per customer specification.
