Responsible for developing and maintaining 4 large-scale commercial business intelligence web applications for use in the health care industry, as well as providing technical support for many other McKesson products targeted to that industry. I have been responsible for the technical design, implementation, and upgrade of these applications from their inception in classic ASP/VB6 COM+ and SQL Server, through various incarnations including Java applets, up to their current implementation in ASP.NET/MVC in C#. Alongside the Microsoft technology, these applications make use of a handful of third-party UI tools such as Kendo UI and jQuery. My responsibilities include scaled agile framework project management, and estimation and implementation of individual deliverables as well as more work such as testing, code reviews for our offshore consultant developer, and customer support issues. I frequently work with our Support team as well as directly with customers. I have extensive experience with all aspects of software development both as a member of teams, and as an individual contributor.
