As the founder of Alda Strategy, I leverage my extensive experience building and scaling successful organizations and businesses through strong foundational operations and systems. My mission is to empower leaders and teams to achieve their goals and vision with clarity, efficiency, and impact.I have built, led, and grown organizations across verticals and business stage, including the fastest growing transportation company in the world (Amazon Last Mile) and the leading global micromobility company (Lime). I started my career in growth and innovation consulting, working with clients such as John Deere, Grainger, AXA, Life Fitness, and Land o' Lakes. From there I joined Amazon and led Amazon's Digital Video Games retail team through an industry leading transformation. I was then on the founding team of Amazon's Delivery Service Partners (DSP) program, launching and growing 9 teams across the Performance and Safety of the program. Most recently, I was at Lime leading their Americas and APAC operations, driving standardization, centralization, and accountability into the operations.
