 Coaching a team of 4 operators, 2 millwrights, 1 refiner to safely and efficiently operate and maintain the Victoria Gold ADR plant  Developing operations and testing SOP with team to perform tasks safely, effectively, and with background knowledge of their task  Performing reagent usage studies, resulting in the reduction of reagent usage costs totalling $750k/yr  Optimizing plant unit operations to maximize production, increasing plant recovery from 90% to 96% and representing a 7900 oz/yr gain Liaise with on-site laboratory to secure a beneficial working relationship and monitor QC/QA process  Maintaining precious metals material balance to track and diagnose plant performance, and provide production numbers for reporting and accounting  Conduct metallurgical testwork including vat leaching, permeability testing, particle size analysis, wet laboratory methods  Developing plant asset PMs to meet operations requirements, reducing downtime and optimizing scheduling of work  Maintaining a heap leach pond level monitoring system, including installation, troubleshooting, and documentation
