I'm assisting the Principal Investigators in the impact evaluation of one of the Government of Indonesia's working competencies training program. My primary responsibilities are:– Managing several data, primarily collected survey data and national-level individual data.– Distributing and organizing an online survey for approximately 70,000 target respondents.– Performing desk research and literature review on the government's regulation, media tracking, and pertinent previous research.– Running project management, especially related to the project administrative document and monitoring and evaluation documents.– On certain occasions, I'm supporting other projects primarily in the area of data work.

I was a research assistant who was responsible as a data cleaner in the COVID-19 and Mental Health project. On top of that my primary responsibilities were:– Conducting data cleaning process for variables in conjunction with COVID-19 and mental health. – Presenting data analysis results in the form of various graphs.– Processing Google Mobility Index and merging it with individual-level data.– Producing a literature review about mental health in economics perspective.

The main topic of the research was "The Effect of COVID-19 on the Economy and Labor Sector". My primary responsibilities were:– Collecting and adjusting regional economic indicators such as Regional Gross Domestic Products, aggregate savings, Consumer Price Index, inflation, etc.– Preparing data on health services indicators across Indonesia from the Ministry of Health databases.

This was the first Nesternship (Nestlé Internship) program in Indonesia. Not only involved in working activities but my Nestern fellows and I were also exposed to several insightful activities such as internal webinars (mostly about career preparation tips and tricks) and masterclasses. My main responsibilities were:– Conducted research about e-money and e-wallet practice for operational activities (including strengths and weaknesses comparison studies across e-wallet and e-money developers).– Conducted research and literature review about employee flexible benefits especially in accordance with generational-based preference.

During that time I was responsible for changing the entire concept and sub-events sequence based on last year's evaluation and the team view.
