Collaborated closely with the R&D department to analyze battery charging data for new electric vehicles using an end-to-end pipeline in scikit-learn. Employed various clustering techniques and unsupervised learning algorithms such as PCA, t-SNE, Eclat, FP-Growth, PrefixSpan, Correspondence Analysis, and Sequential, along with frequent pattern mining, to derive valuable insights and relationships from categorical data over time. Created an interactive dashboard using Dash Plotly to showcase the findings and facilitate decision-making for stakeholders. The insights gained from the data analysis contributed to the potential optimization of the charging process for the units.

As part of my Ph.D. program, I had the opportunity to teach some fascinating topics such as Information Visualization, Machine Learning, and Programming. Throughout my studies, I taught these courses to both undergraduate and graduate students, balancing my teaching duties with my research work. In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I also supervised master's students through their thesis work, guiding them through the research process and helping them to produce high-quality research outputs.During my time as a lecturer, I had the opportunity to deliver a variety of lectures on diverse topics. For instance, I taught "Ten Guidelines for Effective Data Visualization," which provided students with practical tools and insights for creating clear, engaging, and meaningful data visualizations. I also taught "Evaluating Machine Learning Models," which focused on helping students understand how to evaluate and compare different machine learning algorithms based on their performance on real-world datasets. Through my teaching and supervision work, I developed valuable skills in communication, mentorship, and pedagogy, which have helped me to become a more effective researcher and academic.

For my first project, I undertook an evaluation of visual representations for high-dimensional and temporal data. In this project, I utilized Modern OpenGL and C++ programming languages to implement four widely used visualization techniques. The primary objective of this undertaking was to assess the usability of these techniques with temporal data. The development of these visualizations necessitated a thorough understanding of the underlying data structures and the programming languages employed. Through this project, I honed my skills in programming, data analysis, and visualization design.
