Following graduation from Grinnell, I was selected for a Fulbright Fellowship and lived in Croatia for 9 months while working at the University of Zagreb within the Faculty of Education. This was an exceptional immersion opportunity to work with secondary education majors, delivering instructional/administrative support while expanding multicultural.

This internship provided firsthand observation of courtroom proceedings, enhancing my understanding of Maryland’s Criminal and Civil Judicial System. I observed criminal matters as well as proceedings in the Drug Court. I also prepared memoranda detailing case proceedings.
