Beforebecoming an independent software company in October 2008, it was an integral IT arm ofNational bank of Kuwait, Kuwait.- Provide Platform SME support to IT Business Partners, Projects, IT Service Delivery teams and the business- Provide support and expertise across the SDLC lifecycle from; high-level design options to the business and IT Business Partners through to detailed solution designs and costs - Work with the IT Business Partners to establish transparency on demand and capacity for application related change activities- Work with the Enterprise Architecture function to align all application change decisions to the overall Enterprise Architecture - Execute work in partnership with Testing Services to ensure: i- Thorough unit testing of changes before hand over for SIT and UATii- Defects identified during later testing cycles are resolved within the agreed SLAsiii- Provide updates to test scripts (Unit, Integration) as required- Provide application support services (fix-on-fail) for the production environments against incident and problem management SLAs as agreed with the business- Drive continuous improvement in the production environments, proactively undertaking trend analysis and problem management activities to improve the robustness and stability of the production systems- Own all changes delivered to the production systems working with colleagues and industry best practices so as not to disrupt normal business operations- Balance and ensure appropriate segregation and control between platform level development and support resources (i.e. evaluating development vs. Support SLA deadlines)- Own each application strategy, lifecycle and roadmaps to support the business and IT strategies
