Subject matter expert (SME) for implementation planning and operational support discussions between IT, internal business partners, and external consulting vendors. Enhanced payment workflows via configuration and development in SAP ERP and add-ons. Created 10+ new SAP company codes with associated setup including payment methods, house banks, and bank determination. - Increased cash flow by $30M+ in a year and improved working capital by implementing a new supplier financing payment process that extended DPO and improved relationship with suppliers due to faster payment turnaround.- Led cross-functional team of 6+ through multi-phase software implementation of a new cash management system, improving forecasting for treasury team and allowing manual control over releasing payments and faster onboarding for new banks. Transitioned ACH and wire payments from EDI 820 to IDoc, generating files via standard partner and port configuration, resulting in fewer custom programs.- Coordinated and executed AP open item loads and GR reversals for multiple global divestitures worth $2.5B+.- Create, maintain, and support 200+ batch jobs, including payment runs responsible for sending $750M+ to banks monthly.
