Responsible for electrical system design and software development. In addition, I’m also responsible for machine design, vision system configuration and play an important role in project management.- Develop a middle layer on motion controller that make it can be controlled by any OS via TCP/IP. (Language: IEC61131-3)- Develop machine vision software for different applications (e.g. product flaws detecting, non-contact measurement, data matrix reading and vision positioning system) by LabVIEW.- Overall design various automation system.- Deploy systems under highly secured and harsh environment such as Foxconn and Biel Crystal.- Work with other vendor in test line machine retrofit.

As a member of CIS (CMOS Image Sensor) Team which under product development department. Focus on Active Alignment Camera Bonder, a high accuracy camera assembly machine which implemented precise vision system, linear motor, magnet parts and various encoders. Responsible for module design, calibration tools design, tooling design and field issue handling. - Design mechanical parts and release complete drawing. - Part selection, including linear motor, magnet spring and encoder. Modify linear motor design if needed.- Monitor/Guide satellite team (cover team, electrical team and pneumatic team) to finish complete design. - Release assembly guideline, design guideline and other documents for assembly workshop and other designers. - Face customer directly for tooling design.- Locate/solve the problems reported by service team and support them for better machine performance.
