With over 25 years of experience in integrated logistics support (ILS) and information system design, I am a Technical Lead & Expert in systems engineering, enterprise architecture (EA), and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) domains. I have a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering and several professional certifications, including CSEP, PMP, PRINCE2, and OCSMP.As a Technical Lead & Expert at a leading company, I conduct EA modelling activities and trainings in accordance with TOGAF, NAF, and UAF standards. I also investigate the integration of Cameo EA UML, CPulse Cameo SysML, and AnyLogic Simulation Models, and manage a cloud server for central and concurrent modelling purposes. I facilitate internal and customer projects, such as Vertiport, with MBSE, ILS, and SAP knowledge and expertise. Previously, I worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Turkish Aerospace, where I created NAF EA models, authored the logistics support concept, performed requirement management, and implemented MBSE activities for the TF-X program. I also led LSA and special engineering activities in compliance with ASD specifications and MIL-STD standards. Before that, I worked at Turkish Armed Forces General Staff, where I guided contracts and agreements over 1 billion USD through foreign military sales (FMS) from the USA, and budgeted 50+ sites and long-term projects involving NSPA, BAAINBw, and FMS. I also acted as the member of NATO AEW&C Policy and Finance Committee for Turkey.I am passionate about delivering reliable products with multi-million dollar budgeted projects at tens of operational sites by leading diverse teams. I have implemented agile best practices and effective communication to enhance productivity and quality by reducing defects and increasing customer satisfaction. I have conducted actual LSA simulations and models through Opus Suite, and applied processes, tools, techniques, languages, and frameworks in real-life projects.
