Up to now, responsible for Operations and Process sides of Crude&Vacuum Distilation, Sulphur Recovery, LPG&Gas Treatment, Flare Gas Recovery, Sour Water Stripping, CCR Reformer, CCR Regeneration, Unifiner, Benzene Removal, Isomerisation, Hydrocracker, Steam-Methane Reformer (Hydrogen Production) and Diesel/Kerosene Hydrotreater Units' processes of Kırıkkale Refinery.-Finding optimum process solutions for planning/sales department needs and following economic analysis in order to maximize unit sustainability and profit margin.-Performing process performance optimization by co-working with other process groups and monitoring unit KPIs in order to assess maximum product yields.-Following the new-improvement ready technologies and making them applicable to the process units by further research and development projects.-Preparing HYSYS and/or PRO II process computer simulations to optimize the operations, to oversee the further process improvements and to attain detailed data for related projects.-Monitoring the process KPIs and equipment efficiencies for the implementation of best practices within the operation window and for the assessment of current unit performances.-Preparing feasibility studies for unit revamp and energy efficiency improvement projects and leading the project team members.Specialties: Crude&Vacuum Distilation, Sulphur Recovery, LPG&Gas Treatment, Flare Gas Recovery, Sour Water Stripping, CCR Reformer, CCR Regeneration, Isomeriation, Unifiner, Benzene Removal, Hydrocracker, Steam-Reformer (Hydrogen Production), MQD-DHP and Diesel/Kerosene Hydrotreater units' process monitoring and optimization, Material and energy balance inspections, R&D, Process simulation
