• Drive the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring the right balance of fashion and iconic pieces, to meet the seasonal business goals for the brand
• Set the seasonal design Direction: color, graphics, print and pattern stories, sketch and prototype development
• Work closely with VP of Sales and Merchandising on "Go-to-Market" calendar and merchandising plans to ensure correct product assortment and well-balanced lines for Wholesale and Direct to Consumer divisions
• Increased revenues and gross profits yearly with implementation of different product assortment strategies by identifying opportunities in the marketplace
• Analyze trends and translates that into the collection through product classifications

• Meet for initial design meetings with clients to get an in depth understanding for seasonal direction and go over mood boards for their upcoming collection
• Travel extensively to work directly with international embroidery factories
• Provide strong research, direction and mood for seasonal development to skilled artisans to implement into swatches
• Design unique Swatches of surface textures and original embroidery concepts to present to the designers of the most exquisite atelier’s in the Global Luxury market
• Bring newness with innovative techniques to create embroideries in-line with the signature aesthetic of each fashion house
