HDR is an all inclusive firm with SMEP. I worked with in house and outside SMEP to bring a project from SD to completion. During SD & DD phase, I attend meetings to develope the design/ layout of the project. Taking that information, I distribute the work to the entire team (Arch, SMEP) to fulfill the needs of the clients. During CD phase, the knowledge gained during the meetings allows the team to make better decisions on how to create the best product while staying with the client and design intent. At the CA phase, with those same experiences, to facilitate with questions and changes.
