• Designed and Implemented new work cell: including bid spec writing, managing a team of 15 contractors, installation management and punch list item closure. Resulted in productivity increase of 30 percent and cost.
• Performed improvement on car door manipulators resulting in 50% reduced push forces and $ 75 000 yearly savings from reduced down time
