My father was a professional water skier, slalom and speed skiing are my favorite! Surfing is a major love...wish I was great at it but regrettably not! Snow skiing, snow boarding and swimming began at an early age for me. I've raced at the elite level in Outrigger Canoe racing and Snowboard Cross. I was a marine lifeguard for Laguna Beach, competitive swimmer for 15 years and played water polo for a bit (another sport I wish I was fantastic at!). Through sport and injury, I have honed my skills and passion for the nervous system and how we process and react, be it para-sympathetically or sympathetically. Reaction or staying "calm in the clutch". My primary coaching method is steeped in rewiring the nervous system for automatic calm and relaxation. I retrain clients and teams to downregulate, process stress in healthy patterns and create congruence within the system. Essentially through specific breath work, exercises and team challenges your people/team are noticeably happier, team morale skyrockets and sustaining results occur.
