- Follow up customer engineering change and make corresponding action.- Create & update BOM, work with planner to maintain it in SAP system.- Capacity analysis & process configuration study for new line setup.- Measure cycle time and reduce the bottleneck station to improve production efficiency.- Work with QE department for daily QRQC once quality issues happen.- Work with MFG team, Create A3 report and follow up to close the production issues.- Setup and maintenance manufacturing system.- Line maintenance including hardware (equipment & tool) & software (Pinata & GOF&MES)- Create document which including VA/DA/WI/PCP/Flowchart, etc.- Complete CAF of critical components and pass to QE for IP preparation.- Fabricate tools and fixtures and buy off with sample or fixture drawing provided by Customer.- Design packing method for shipment.- Lead lean project. - Support other department if need.- Now I in charge of Smart Jacket project.
