M.Sc. graduate (2.1) of Micheal Smurfit Graduate Business School, and School Of Biomolecular and Biomedical Science, UCD, August 2024. Developed skills as a Life Science Business Analyst, presented strategies for USO business development staging. Recent Molecular Medicine graduate (2.1) from Trinity College Dublin's School of Biochemistry, in which I gained a strong foundation of knowledge in multiple fields of biology, rounded out with regular placement in research laboratories and experience in performing biotechnological research methods. During my final year, I conducted a research-based thesis titled 'Establishment and Optimization of a SARS-CoV-2 Anti-N Protein Antibody ELISA Assay' at Trinity's Translational Medical Institute under Professor. Gareth Brady's supervision. This six-month research project provided vital experience in specialised research skills, including ELISA plate preparation, serial dilution, and computer literacy, among many others. I also gained an insight into the importance of managing a shared workspace, while working in a group manner, or indepedently, to ensure all our goals could be met.Conducting the research for my literature review, 'Eosinophil Mediated Inflammatory Diseases,' mentored by Professor Padraic Fallon, provided invaluable experience in performing research analysis, how to summarise and extract relevant information from articles, broadened my understanding of scientific jargon, and allowed me to hone my presentation skills. I am looking to contribute my experience and interdisciplinary mindset to the biotechnological industry. I am open to opportunities that leverage my research proficiency, biomedical background, and business savviness.
