Designer Project Lead
Current1. Responsible for leading the design of SE Wiser platform (Home Automation System) Device integration, ZB sub devices and gateway integration designUIUX design: Supervise and assist UIUX engineers to output the design, review and clarify this design to internal team and external teamLeading the development of progress of APP, by following with our suppliers2. Responsible for importing and exporting the requirementsImporting；Discuss the requirements feasibility and clarification with Global Marketing people and technical engineers, bring executable requirements to system teamExporting: Converting the marketing requirements into feasible technical solution with corresponding engineers, for example, UIUX design, FW design of integration in gateway, APP/cloud design, etc.3. Generate the technical and requirements documentations with system architect 4. Create and execute project implementation plans and suggest alternatives whereproblems are encountered in the original plan5. Project coordination between internal team and supplier, arrange project-relevant appointments6. Leading internal and external team to do the development using an agile approach, proficient in using Jira for user story and bugs for tracking7. Responsible for clarification of requirements to validation team, and discuss the bugs with validation team, and following bugs improvements with development team8. Monitoring App overall quality and development progress
