Operation Manager
Current- Fully responsible for City’s weekly spending & operation strategy, allocating weekly driver incentive & rider promotion based on given budget and competition landscape to maximize trip output
- Designing day-to-day basis driver incentive (by geo and by tier) based on analysis of existing supply metrics (surge, C/R, Zero, unfulfilled) &competition dynamics to ensure ample and sustainable supply for the business.
- Spearheading strategic supply initiatives for instance pricing increase, driver supply campaign & driver tiering system to engage the drivers while cutting financial burn.
- Formulating weekly rider promo proposal and creative promotional campaigns( by hourly promo, pool cap fare ) to increase loyalty of the riders to UBER platform.
- Point of contact for market place product in central regional, taking charge of regional project roll out in central area to make sure city level adoption while operation side’s feedback are reflected in product.
- Framing the anti fraud practise in Nanjing: clearly define the driver fraud in two dimensions (severity and frequency) and come up with varied penalty treatments based on the two dimensions, ultimately achieving.
