As a Full Loads Administrator at NTEX UK, a leading provider of freight forwarding and logistics solutions, I handle all aspects of operations administration for the full loads department. I also liaise with customers, suppliers, and drivers to resolve any issues and provide excellent service. Before joining NTEX UK in September 2022, I worked as an HR & Training Administrator at Nelipak Healthcare Packaging, a global manufacturer of custom thermoformed packaging products for the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. There, I supported the HR manager with recruitment, induction, training, and payroll activities, as well as maintaining employee records and compliance. I have a Diploma in Uniformed Services from North Lindsey College, where I graduated in 2022 with distinction. I also have skills in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Sage, as well as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. I am passionate about delivering high-quality work and learning new things in the fast-paced and dynamic field of logistics. My goal is to grow my career and contribute to the success of each company i work with.
