In my current role, I support various operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, and Mac OS, and I troubleshoot issues related to network switching, routing, load balancing, and security. I also configure and maintain remote desktop, VMWare, mobile device management, and ERP / CRM / accounting software solutions for our large network of employees. I enjoy translating technical terms to non-technical users, and I document new IT processes and guides for internal and external use.
