Lead students and staff carpenters in construction and loading of scenery, educate students on tool safety and usage, read build drawings and execute them, construct scenery, maintain organization of shop and tool room, assist in leading strikes and load ins.

Maintain order and condition of all stock props and furniture, go to production meetings, create prop lists from scripts, pull props and furniture depending on needs and aesthetics of the show, design and build props (with collaboration from scenic designer and director) depending on needs and aesthetics of the show. Knowledge in woodworking, metalworking, foam, sewing, painting techniques, etc.

Designed, built, and painted the scenic elements for Rapid Lemon Productions' 2024 debut of The Book of Grace, by Suzan-Lori Parks at The Strand Theatre in Baltimore. Created a miniature physical model from floorplans, collaborated with the director's visions and adapted to the limitations of the space, and worked in a one week window to finish the set.The final result was met with glowing reviews, which can be found in the Projects section of my account.
