I worked with Cogility Software as their first Technical Product Manager. Alongside the CEO and COO, I led the design, product roadmap and strategy for multiple product verticals. The main product, Cogynt, is a cloud-based analytic platform built on top of Apache Flink and Kafka that allows analysts to visually build complex templates for their streaming data. - Collaborated with stakeholders to determine 3 / 6 / 12 month roadmaps for two separate platforms (Cogynt and S2T) and communicate key milestones to stakeholders and team members to build consensus.- Developed product requirements documentation, user personas, and market competitor analysis for Cogynt platform.- Implemented metric gathering and measurement platforms to capture qualitative/quantitative data for continuous improvement of KPIs.- Initiated and managed development and implementation of training resources for Cogynt, which led to a 200% increase in NPS and over 300% decrease in open cases. - Led complete redesign of both website and web app, leading to a 150% increase in unique visitors.- Developed a prototype for speaker diarization using machine learning to open up new product verticals.- Directly managed 1x Technical Writer, 1x Designer, and 1x Developer in a collaborative and agile environment.

Both software suites have been utilized by multiple recruitment firms and companies including Yell.com, Camelot Global Services, and Swinton Insurance.
