Evaluating clients personal fitness goals and creating a detailed program to achieve both short and long-term goals. Working closely with each client during exercise to ensure proper technique. Utilizing both time-tested and new training styles to efficiently make progress.

Oversees and manages the gym facility. Primary responsibilities include working with customers, maintaining equipment, handling money, & often assisting clients with equipment.Other occasional responsibilities including minor repairs & troubleshooting.

Works on the beach ensuring safety of all patrons and assessing any safety risksInstructs swim lessons throughout the season during some shiftsPosition requires attentiveness, physical fitness, and fast decision making.
