• Responsible for fabrication of precision sheet metal products which used for semiconductor industries, such as electrical boxes chassis and skeletons of server racks.• Review specifications and requirement provided by customers.• Provide technical information and supports to Sales team for new projects tendering.• Coordination of First Article (FA) and new projects.• Create 2D technical drawings, 3D simulation, BOM, WI and NC programming (usingAutoCAD, SolidWorks, AMADA AP100 and Dr. Abe).• Hands on manufacturing processes (Laser Cut, Turret Punching, Press-braking, etc.)• Perform FA inspections and prepare FAI Report• Perform assembly test for installation of box build, machines, and system integration.• Tabulate and closely follow up list of encountered issues & production feedback form.• Periodically follow up improvement of fabrication methodologies of existing projects.• Design test jigs and fixtures to enhance production efficiency and products quality.• Create or update affected documents for Engineering Change Orders (ECO).
