Project manager in a concept and basic design project of a new Azipod VI2300L product, which has been a key component in generating in excess of 300 MUSD sales for my employer.Project manager in a pre-study project aimed to develop a new Azipod product-family intended for ice-going ships. This project later resulted in standard sellable products designed mainly by the people in my team and the first products are currently successfully in operation.

Working as an engineer in a product development project developing a new steering module for Azipod propulsors. Tasks included concept design, productization, series design and making internal standards for the customer. This project was unsuccessful in creating a sellable product but served as an excellent basis for the next attempt and the learnings were utilized effectively.
