• Receive monthly Weight Status Reports (WSR) from 5 different suppliers. Validate the report by checking weight and Center of Gravity in Catia. Compare assemblies to previous month's report. Incorporate report into the Master aircraft database. • Periodically audit supplier weight reporting. Visit suppliers and helped extract the latest mass property data from Catia to compare and validate against previous WSR. • Lead the aircraft Mass Distributions & Inertias process with one other focal for 4 design Loops. It involves creating bay definitions, fuel distribution for the fuel burn sequence, collecting and combining inertias, and reporting the results to Loads & Dynamics, and Stress. • Developed CG Envelopes (Longitudinal, Lateral, Vertical) for Global 7000/8000 aircraft.• Weigh production aircraft on a weekly basis such as Bombardier Global 5000 & 6000, Bombardier Q400, and one Bombardier CRJ700. Create the Weight & Balance Report including loadsheets for each weighing. Also weigh components such as Ballast boxes, flight test equipment, and Rear Fuselage. • Weights focal for Rear Fuselage, Landing Gear, and Hydraulics. Knowledgeable in those areas due to daily interaction with those teams for meetings and analyzing concepts. • Familiar with development phases and deliverables as well as sustaining processes such as Modification Summaries & Design Change Proposals.
