My current role is a senior specialist in Digital Manufacturing and Design Centre (DManD) at Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD). I have been working in Additive Manufacturing (AM) industry since 2015 and involved in AM research facilities establishment and operations management. I equipped myself with in-depth technical knowledge of various AM technologies, specializing in Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS), binder jetting and Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM). Through the initiative of National Additive Manufacturing Innovation Cluster (NAMIC@SUTD), I worked as technical lead in-charge for multiple industry collaboration projects to promote the adoption of AM, develop industrial standards and commercialize IPs. Another part of my current role is to conduct training on AM system/3D scanner to SUTD faculty, staff and researchers. I had developed training materials and documentation to assure an effective deployment of technical information. Apart from that, I have led technical subordinates and supervising interns from local institute in achieving their assigned tasks. In addition, I have more than 7 years of experience in 3D scanning, metrology and reverse engineering.

I was with Nikon Singapore as Application & Service Engineer in 2015 to provide technical support of Nikon Metrology products to regional customers and involved in pre-sales support activities.

I was with Rolls-Royce Singapore as Technologist to manage metrology workflow in various research projects and perform measurement services to internal/external customers. In addition, I involved in laboratory establishment and supported the facility operations during my employment with Rolls-Royce Singapore.
