• Engaged in the design and project management of a wide range of commercial real estate development projects varying in types, scales and complexity.Major Projects:- $870 Million Mixed-Use Urban Development project with four site components in downtown Federal Way, Washington, USA - $220 Million Salt Lake City Hotel and Retail Complex project located near the City Hall of Salt Lake City, a 9-story complex of hotel, offices and retail with underground parking in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA- $255 Million West Palm Beach Mixed-Use Tourism Development project consisting of high-end hotel complex, art galleries, retail, restaurants, movie theaters in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida, USA• Reviewed design deliverables, project schedule, fee proposals and coordinated through design and construction phases with designers and contractors.• Formulated development-related business plan mainly including the project concept, feasibility analysis, comprehensive cost and income analysis, project budgeting and strategy of development, marketing strategy and risk assessment, project schedule summary and outline specifications.• Managed the international design and construction consultant teams and closely collaborated with other multi-functional development teams.• Interacted with the main investment sources comprising Wall Street investors to draft the financing partnership documents and funding procurement agreement.
