Growing up in a parental-home which was always driven by self-employment, i learned customer focus and the need for a high quality output early on.Having 7+ years of experience working in fast pacing start-up environments has taught me to be a self starter and what its like to build things & value from scratch.I always aim to ask the right questions and provide honest & detailed feedback from an user / quality standpoint, without losing the focus for the big picture.Becoming an OKR Master rather recently helped shaping my idea of change management & of how companies can get the best value out of their teams, for their teams
