As the Lead Technician I was in charge of computer repairs, both hardware and software, of our clients computers. I also helped lead and instruct the other technicians with repairs that they had difficulties with to maintain a cohesive team. I also assisted the sales team in explaining more advanced technological concepts to better answer customers questions or concerns. As well as all that I also maintained our Ubuntu file server which hosted our software tools, as well as other company data.

My first professional computer repair job, I quickly rose from technician to a hybrid technician/assistant manager. I balanced a diversity of roles and job requirements, having to make executive decisions about shop priorities. I was in charge of making sure repairs were done right and to the customer's satisfaction. I was also in charge of making sure all technicians paperwork was filled out, complete with detailed notes of their repairs.
