TOM is a 2 days event opened to general public; the purpose was fund raising and promoting Community Center to community neighbour-sales team of three people to sell indoor and outdoor booths for 2 days event in 4 weeks.-Sales team composed of three languages - English, Mandarin and Cantonese-Merchandize booth, food and beverage booths and non profit booths.-Identified the Calling List, Food Truck Company; Small Restaurant with specialty foods, walk in merchandize shops in major malls and follow up for referral•Used social media network to draw attention and recruit exhibitors, such as face book and Kijiji•Coordinated with others teams such as marketing, logistic, compliance, facilities, accountants, IT support•Follow up the inquiry from Prospects and Exhibitors, passing to the appropriate departments.•Given opinions to marketing team•Finding sponsors for Silent Auction for fund raising purpose•Overcome the challenges of unknown market history and made plans for a successful event•Worked with limited budget and resources, to utilize all materials and manpower to achieve the goals; regardless of the broaden marketing information and material, •Time management – time was constraint, set up strategies to make it, effective and easy to understand by sales team members •Met the target by selling all outdoor booths in 4 weeks
