I am a new Technology Solutions Consultant at Credera's Denver office.I'm a graduate of Colorado School of Mines. I received my B.S. in Computer Science at Mines in December 2021, and I received my M.S. in Computer Science December 2022.My background is mostly in human-centered development. I enjoy working on projects people will use and find value in. I have dabbled in web apps, mobile apps, and game development. Feel free to ask me more about any of my projects.Regarding Web Apps - I have experimented with making websites in various environments such as PHP, ExpressJS, and React. I enjoy making websites on my own that help me streamline some processes. For example, I've made a website dedicated to managing a large Secret Santa I host every year, and a website to help my extended family schedule time at our shared properties.Regarding Mobile Apps - I've worked with a non-profit called The Giving Child to make and publish an iOS app called 'Manifestation Tracker' to the App Store. I've worked on several unpublished apps for both iOS and Android, such as a calendar app and a Dungeons & Dragons Initiative tracker app.Regarding Game Development - I have recently been spending time learning the Godot engine, with the goal of publishing my own indie games together with some friends. I have several game design documents I can show anyone that is interested. I also have some experience with Unity making simple augmented reality games for a robotics research lab at Mines.I am a highly motivated learner always trying to gain new skills and help teach others. I love to work on projects where I really feel like I'm making a positive impact on the world. I'm more than happy to pick up a new skill or work with a niche technology if it means I can work on a meaningful and impactful project. I have a background in teaching as a former python instructor for high school students, and as a TA for multiple courses such as Software Engineering and Mobile-App Development. I love working with others and am proud of my skills as both a team member and a team leader. I am a skilled public speaker as a former competitive extemporaneous speaker. I have a growing list of technical skills and am looking for a good environment to help teach me new skills and master ones I already have learned.
