Responsible for providing immigration counsel to Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, International Mobility, and all business units, affiliates, and subsidiaries in the United States.Ensure compliance with all US immigration laws and regulations promulgated by the US Department of Homeland Security, US Department of State, US Department of Labor, and all other related US government agencies.Draft and maintain company immigration policies as necessary as well as ensuring compliance to such policies.Responsible for immigration case review and analysis; draft, prepare, and file immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, PERM, etc.; draft responses to requests for evidence as required.Manage external immigration counsel and external spend for legal services.
