▪ Sales responsibility for (UK, BeNeLux, F, E, I, PL, SK, H, SI, GR),Asia and MENA (Middle East/North Africa) region.▪ Observation and development of new markets▪ Management & personnel responsibility (including trainees for wholesale and foreign trade)▪ Complaint acceptance & processing▪ Processing documents for container shipments to the overseas (letters of credit, bill of lading, phytosanitary & certificates of origin, customs papers)▪ Create work & organizational instructions▪ Key user for the ERP system
