• Consultant for the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, duties included: -Inspection of numerous NY & NJ asphalt plants to ensure proper production requirements of the Port Authority and FAA are met. -Asphalt plant.
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality of Asphalt materials produced by both Batch & Drum plants in accordance with NYDOT, TANY, NJDOT, & FAA specifications throughout the tri-state New York area.
