As a dedicated service manager with over a decade of experience in the elder abuse sector, I have developed a passion for the safety and well-being of older adults. I am committed to fostering environments where vulnerable populations are protected, supported, and empowered. Currently, I lead the Intervention Services at Age Concern Auckland, overseeing a team that delivers elder abuse response services, community connections programs, and counselling services.I specialise in team leadership, staff mentoring, and the development of policies that uphold the highest standards of care and support. My work has allowed me to collaborate with a diverse group of professionals and engage with thousands of older people and their families each year. I am passionate about public policy, continuously seeking new ways to create more efficient systems that better serve both staff and clients.
