● Full stack software development working across a large codebase as part of an agile/scrum team, predominantly using C#, .NET Framework/Core, Angular, and T-SQL, developing new functionality and enhancements to new and existing applications.● Configuring TeamCity builds and deploying these to various testing and staging environments via Octopus Deploy.● Using Atlassian Jira on a daily basis to create and update tickets as I progress them through the sprint board.● Contributing to scrum ceremonies including daily standup, backlog refinement sessions, sprint planning and sprint retrospectives, hosting the latter on a rota basis.● Performing third-line application support on a rota basis, including triaging and investigating issues raised by the Support Team and actioning data requests/procedures from other internal departments.

● Second-line software support, investigating highly complex cases and escalating such issues to the development team where necessary via Atlassian JIRA, prioritising these according to impact on both the customer and the support team as a whole.● Creating ‘maintenance items’ for issues that cannot be resolved immediately, liaising with the product and development teams to prioritise these based on impact.● Documenting processes and maintaining internal knowledge base articles in Atlassian Confluence.● Assisting with the implementation of new support tools and procedures, and how best to provide support for new product offerings/integrations. ● Providing internal software support and assistance to the rest of the Schoolcomms team.● New starter induction and training for new members of the team.
