Working with a team of students to find a new way to collect rubbish that is dumped in rivers and water to try and clean up the oceans. We worked together to understand the project brief, work out costings, marketing, designing the product, creating a presentation and delivering the presentation to a range of business partners explaining the project from concept to design. This project was challenging however it helped develop team work, resilience, persistence, communicating at all levels and leadership.Customer Service Assistant:Worked for ASDA for little under 1 year. I had joined ASDA as a temporary Christmas employee over the holidays. Once the Christmas period was over I was offered a position in the petrol station side of ASDA allowing me to learn new skills and roles within ASDA and giving me more responsibility of opening up or closing the petrol station early on the morning or late on a night. This has allowed me to interact with customers on a daily basis and gain my confidence in customer service skills.
