Conducted legal research on and drafted an ordinance for religious land uses. Drafted interlocal agreement for services between the County and the City for a Community Reinvestment Area. Assisted in the prosecution of misdemeanor offenses for the City.

Reviewed and edited translations of business contracts between Japanese and English. Conducted research on differences between Japanese and American share purchase agreements.

Drafted resolutions of Board decisions regarding matters ranging from amendments to extensions of terms. Attended public and internal meetings and took notes on the proceedings. Engaged in research regarding the scope of the Board's power to alter its practices to achieve certain public policy goals.

Planned and conducted interviews with New York state planners in preparation for developing an anti-racism training program for planners in New York. Participated in meetings with potential providers of anti-racism training programs to develop an internal anti-racism training program as a pilot program. Researched existing anti-racism training programs for planners and best practices.

Participated in meetings with developers to discuss legal land use requirements and bring their plans into compliance with the current zoning laws. Attended city meetings and provided input regarding matters related to planning and zoning. Engaged in code violation enforcement and documentation. Created a Main Street Inventory in which I surveyed the condition of businesses and infrastructure along Bountiful City’s Main Street.
