As a Technical Analyst I provide in depth support to our front line Remote Systems Administrators, helping them resolve complex hardware and software issues that affect our PACS. I research solutions to time consuming, complex problems, and liaise with our Systems and Product Engineering groups to identify root causes, and then formulate a permanent solution.

As a Network Operations Analyst I provided fist line support to our hosted, managed customers whose web based applications and extranets were hosted and monitored by Navisite. Duties ranged from diagnosing application, operating system and network problems that impacted availability of the customers' externally facing applications.

I managed the implementation of Ministry wide network printing systems, new server implementation and desktop replacement roll outs.
