 In charge of the sales and tech supports of regional key accounts.  Major accounts: 1. FM/AM radios: Philips, Sony, LGE,SDI,DPI,ETON…2. Car Radios: DesaySV, Coagent, Huayang,Hangsheng, Haoke…3. Sub-G short range wireless and ZigBee: Huawei,HopeRF, Robulink, Kaifa,Chuango,APPCON, HAC, Friendcom,B.C…4. Digital radios: Kensen tech, Adision,BKS,ARTS… In charge of over 40M USD biz in south of China Regularly biz review with distis Biz reports to the boss Conducting the product line/BU strategy and giving training to the distis Co-work with Marketing team and AE team to resolve no matter price issue or Tech issue from customers  Participate in bids for many strategic projects. Won the ZigBee+SubG projects at Huawei enterprise with much higher price than the competitors. Support Huawei Device ZigBee project for British Gas.

1. Tracking the TOP20 customers Bi-weekly; provide RF solution and pre-sale technical support for all LPRF(Chipcon) products(Wireless Socs, SubG TRX, 2.4G TRX, ZigBee,BLE). 2. Arranged the visits to key accounts to get more supports from BU. 3. Training and qualifying the distis’ PM/SALES/FAES4. Hold seminars for key accounts monthly5. Draw the block diagram of the products from Key accounts and share it to the team to achieve cross-sale.6. Participate in bids for many strategic projects. Promote the sale of LPRF products independently.7. Drive Distis’ resources to serve the customers.

1. Design matching network for our new chips at varies of bands2. Design the demo boards and reference boards for internal validation and customers evaluation3. Wrote tcl scripts for automatic testing, validating the performance and stability of the chips with difference dies. 4. Design SubG antennas via Sonnet(a kind of simulating tool).5. Design the external LNA and PA circuits for Key accounts to meet their range requirements.6. Tech supports for customers on RF design, make sure they can pass the FCC, ETSI, ARIB…7. Weekly meeting with the boss from EU, report the issues and works8. Design the layout and schematics by Mentor PADS.9. Operate the network analyzer, signal generator, spectrum analyzer… to verify the designs.

1. Worked with the Japanese Engineer on base board RF circuit design(2.4GHz and 5.8Ghz analog cordless phone)2. Test the parameters of the cordless phone by varies of instruments.3. Verify the system design/requirements on each blocks(power consumptions, gain, SWR..)
