- Provide services, maintenance and breakdown repairs of a wide range of chiller machines and general air conditioning products with minimum direct supervision and within a preset timescale.- Provide overhauling and rework of compressors as per clients’ request.- Work as a team with engineers, supervisors and technicians for hands-on troubleshooting of refrigeration system and chillers.- Assist Operation Manager in task assigning for different daily repair works and maintenance tasks.- Monitor all resources and ensuring optimal utilization for same and achieve all customer objectives by providing support to all equipment, performing calculations and implementing various plans for HVAC.

- Establish the procedure for on-site General Affair works - Manage site office operation and maintenance such as informing to the related key person if there is an urgent matter occurs and provide assistance - Control and keep the records of various important documents on the site - Purchase and manage the office supplies and other supplies related to employee benefits for work purpose- Search for local vendors for office or site support via proper procurement process- Manage movement of personnel, liaising flight ticket and accommodation accordingly
